09:00 AM – Visit Dendera Temple (Temple of Hathor)

11:00 AM – Depart for Abydos

• Enjoy a countryside drive (~1.5 hours).

• Listen to your guide explain the significance of Abydos in Egyptian mythology, especially as the cult center of Osiris.

12:30 PM – Explore Abydos Temple Complex

• Visit the Temple of Seti I, one of the most beautiful sacred sites in Egypt.

• Highlights:

  • Exquisite reliefs and paintings, some of the best-preserved in Egypt.

  • The Abydos King List, a chronological list of pharaohs.

  • The mysterious Osireion, thought to symbolize the tomb of Osiris.

02:30 PM – Lunch Break (Optional)

03:30 PM – Drive Back to Luxor
